1. General Informations
All our tours are subjects to hotels and lodges booking availability. If by our mistake there is no availability, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your tour, using the original method of payment.
But if it is by your mistake and the tour must be cancelled in less than a month before its starting date, there will be no refund.
If a tour is cancelled 45 days prior to the starting date, the total amount will be refund, except the car, coach, 4x4, or flights booking fees.
If a tour is cancelled a month before its starting date, we will refund half of the full tour amount agreed.
Once we agreed on the itinerary and the amount of the tour, half of the full amount must be paid to Savy shuttle and Tour services.
2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse our services to anyone, at anytime. We reserve the right to make any modifications to our itineraries and content of our website, including terminating, changing, suspending or discontinuing any aspect of our website at anytime, without notice. You agree to review the Terms regularly and your continued access or use of our website will mean that you agree to any changes.
3. Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of or relating to our services to you will be resolved in accordance with the South African tourism rules and regulations.
